The summer house Svartnö became the embodiment of a dream for a couple from Germany. Customers wanted their home for outdoor recreation, located north of Stockholm (Sweden) to be made in Scandinavian style.
They decided to remake one of the two residences on a picturesque site in a classic cottage, merging with the environment, and the second left for the children. The concrete construction of the house is “dressed” in a traditional wooden red siding.
All cottage rooms are open and connected not only with each other but also with nature. Fresh air and soft daylight always fill residences. Panoramic windows make the external picture part of the interior. This holiday home really has a comfortable pastime, relaxation, and unity with nature, radiating tranquility and showing a subtle sense of style.
